Refund & Cancellation Policy
We don't lock you in. Cancel any time. Here's exactly when refunds apply and how to claim one.
Plain-language summary
The 7-day free trial is genuinely free — no card needed, no auto-charge. The ₹199/month plan is paid up-front via Razorpay; if the service is broken or you're charged in error, we'll refund you. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds for partially-used months because the service is digital and immediately consumed, but you can stop paying any time and keep using what you've paid for until it expires.
1. Free Trial
- The 7-day free trial is offered to new clients on signup.
- No payment information is collected during the trial.
- At the end of the trial, your QR codes simply stop working until you upgrade. You are never auto-charged.
- There is nothing to refund for a trial because nothing was paid.
2. Paid Plan (Starter Monthly · ₹199/mo)
- Each payment activates your account for 30 days from the activation date (or extends an existing active subscription by 30 days).
- Payments are one-time charges per cycle — there is no recurring auto-debit on the Starter Monthly plan unless you explicitly opt into one in the future.
- To stop, simply do not renew. Your plan continues to work until its current expiry date and then deactivates automatically.
3. When Refunds Apply

4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@trustifyqr.local from the email address registered on your account, and include:
- Your registered email and full name.
- The Razorpay Payment ID of the charge you want refunded (visible on your subscription page).
- A short explanation of the reason.
We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
5. Processing Timeline
- Our review: typically 1–2 business days.
- Razorpay processing: 5–7 business days for Indian cards/UPI; international cards may take 10–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Total elapsed time: usually 5–10 business days from request to your bank statement.
You will receive an email confirmation when Razorpay initiates the refund and a separate confirmation when it settles.
6. Cancelling Your Subscription
You don't need to "cancel" the Starter Monthly plan in any active sense — there's no auto-renewal. To stop paying, simply don't make the next payment. Your account remains usable until the current expiry date and then deactivates automatically.
To delete your account entirely (and all associated data), email us as described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
